ハロー！アンディ・バーガーです。私は英語のインストラクター、作家、アーティスト、イラストレーターです。横浜国立大学や企業で教えており、プレゼンテーショントレーニングを専門としています。また、持続可能性、テクノロジーなど現代社会に起きているトピックに関連するディスカッションコースも教えています。

ニュース、アート、そして皆さんが関心を持っているテーマについて自信を持って話すことができるよう、個人または少人数グループでのレッスン（オンラインでも）をしています。
そして、英語の独習用として、共著も含め30冊以上の本を出版しています。社会人向けの本、高校生や大学生向けの教材や児童向けの絵本などです。最も好評だった本は、「英語で話す力；Power Talk in English」です。また「アルファベットタワー」という絵本は、子供たちが英語を学び始めるのに最適な本です。

作家兼イラストレーターとして心掛けていることは、美しく、面白く、深く、愚かで、幸せで、深遠で、ミステリアスなことなど、人間（動物も！）について親しみを感じさせてくれるすべてを対象にすることです。お互いを受け入れ、励まし、助け合う必要があることが、私の創造性を刺激してくれます。

Born in February, 1962, Columbus Ohio
Hi! I'm Andy Boerger. I'm an English instructor, author, artist and illustrator. I teach at Yokohama National University and work with corporate clients specializing in presentation training. I also teach discussion courses related to Sustainability, Technology and other important topics. I am happy to meet for individual or group lessons to talk about news, art and all the things that make life interesting.
I have written or co-authored over thirty books for English self-study, as well as children's books and text material for high school and university students. Among these is the well known ‘Power Talk in English’. My book, 'The Alphabet Tower' is a great way for children to begin learning English!
As a writer and illustrator I aim to capture all that is beautiful, funny, deep, silly, happy, profound, mysterious and endearing about people (and animals!).
